What is Wage Gauge?
A tracker for pay that doesn’t show up as one clean paycheck. You log jobs, shifts, tips, overtime, and bills. The app shows what you made, what’s due, and what’s left. Built for student-aged users and anyone who never got real budgeting guidance growing up.
Who is this for?
Students and people on gig, shift, hourly, tipped, or overtime pay. There’s also a lump sum allocator so you can budget once-a-month salaries. Not a union-actor paycheck calculator.
Does Wage Gauge connect to my bank or credit card?
No. We don’t store bank or card passwords and we don’t pull your transactions. What you see in the app is what you enter. On Pro, bill pay opens your bank, card, or P2P app so you can pay there. Those accounts stay outside Wage Gauge.
How does bill pay work?
You keep the bill in Wage Gauge — amount, due date, where it should come from. When it’s time to pay, Pro opens the biller, card, bank, or P2P site. You finish the payment on that site. Recurring bills reset each cycle so due dates don’t disappear.
Why charge a bill to a card, then pay the card from the bank?
That’s the Pro strategy, not a rule. Put the bill on a card for rewards and to keep cash in the bank a little longer. On payday, open your bank from the app and pay the card so the due date doesn’t slip. You can also pay the biller directly.
What’s free vs Pro vs Premium?
Free ($0, no card): earnings tracker, shifts / tips / overtime, bills list, basic budget. Pro ($4.99/mo): Free plus shortcuts that open your card, bank, P2P, and common biller sites. Premium ($9.99/mo): Pro plus surplus after bills, savings allocator, and an investment list you mark done yourself. Not a brokerage link.
Where can I use Wage Gauge?
On your phone, at wagegauge.pro — open it in the browser on Android or iPhone. Same account as desktop. You can add the site to your home screen if you want an icon. Android also has the app on Google Play (DANK Systems). Search “Wage Gauge.” There isn’t an Apple App Store app yet. On iPhone use wagegauge.pro. On a computer, use wagegauge.pro in the browser.
Do you see my live bank balance?
No. We don’t import balances or transactions.
Is my data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don’t sell your personal financial data. Pro and Premium checkout is powered by Wix. We don’t store bank or card login passwords.
Can I cancel?
